A creator-powered retail activation designed to celebrate the YouTube Premium x Verizon partnership through interaction, nostalgia, and personality. Anchored by a custom-built phone booth experience, guests navigated an interactive “call flow” that connected them with creators, content categories, and personalized prompts inspired by the mechanics of dating apps and hotline culture.
The concept evolved over several rounds from a broader interactive matchmaking idea into a more iconic and intuitive system: the phone. Familiar, tactile, and impossible to ignore. The result was an experience that felt playful and highly social while still delivering a clear product story and strong creator integration.
Creative Direction included concept & storytelling, custom UX flow design, talent strategy, scripting and filming direction, video content direction, and live creator meet-and-greet programming.
